Fried rice crackers are produced using a carefully curated process that involves several stages, starting from the washing of rice, followed by soaking, grinding, steam cooking, extrusion molding, initial drying, secondary drying, frying, seasoning, and finally, packaging. The use of rice as our primary raw material ensures the nutritional value and quality of our products.

Washing rice:  To prepare the rice, it's essential to follow the production requirements and wash it thoroughly. Make sure to remove any dust and debris from the rice by rinsing it with water. This step is crucial to ensure the rice's quality and taste, so don't skip it.

Soaking: To begin the rice preparation process, pour the washed rice into a soaking bucket. Add water and turn on the circulating pump to ensure the water is properly circulated. During the hot summer months, it's recommended to replace the water every hour for better soaking results. Once the rice is thoroughly soaked, the water can be drained for further processing.

Rice mill: The conveyor transports the soaked rice to the rice mill where it undergoes grinding to achieve the desired fineness of rice flour based on technological specifications. Subsequently, the rice powder is conveyed to the storage hopper for steam cooking.

Steam cooking: To start the powder cooking process, first measure the required amount of powder on the storage hopper of the measuring scale. Then, transfer the powder onto the steam cooker and add the recommended amount of water as per the process requirements. After that, set the steam pressure and time for the cooking process. This will ensure that the powder is cooked to perfection, ready to be used for further applications.

Mold forming: Rice cracker embryos are created by molding the dough in a forming machine, which allows for blocks of different sizes and shapes to be produced according to the product requirements. By altering the forming mold, we can obtain various shapes and sizes for the rice crackers.

First drying: During the initial drying process of forming rice crackers, the rice cracker embryos are carefully placed into a drying machine. This step involves the use of low temperatures and a slow drying method. The heat source for this drying process is steam, which helps to gradually remove moisture from the rice crackers.

Second drying: As per the production schedule, the rice cracker undergoes a secondary drying process in the secondary drying machine after the initial drying stage. Similar to the first drying, this secondary drying process is carried out at a low temperature and entails slow drying. Steam serves as the heat source for this stage of drying.

Frying: After the rice cracker has undergone a second round of drying and weighing, it is then time to fry them up. The fryer's heat source can come from either gas or diesel.

Seasoning:The flavor of the fried rice cracker is determined based on the product’s taste.

Third drying:Once the fried rice cracker is seasoned, it is placed in a dryer equipped with a steam heat source for the drying process.

Packing:To successfully market a product, it is important to tailor its packaging and sales strategy to its intended audience and desired position in the market. This involves careful consideration of factors such as branding, messaging, and pricing in order to best appeal to potential customers and stand out from competitors.
