1, sweet round rice cracker:

First working process:

We begin our process by washing and soaking the rice, followed by milling it into a fine powder. Next, we steam cook the rice powder to create a rice dough, which we then extrude into a desired shape for our rice crackers. These round rice crackers are then left to dry for the first time before being collected and stored for at least 24 hours to ensure the perfect texture and flavor.

Second working process:

To prepare rice crackers for consumption, they are first subjected to a second round of drying after being stored for 24 hours. Once dried, they are lined up and roasted to perfection. Oil and sugar are then sprayed onto the crackers to enhance their flavor and texture. After this, they undergo a third drying process before being cooled and packed for distribution. This meticulous process ensures that the rice crackers are crispy, flavorful, and enjoyable to eat.

2, salty oval rice cracker:

First working process:

The process of manufacturing rice crackers begins with washing and soaking the rice. Once the rice is ready, it is milled into a fine powder at the rice mill. This powdered rice is then cooked with steam to create rice power. The rice dough is extruded to give it its desired shape, which is typically oval for rice crackers. After shaping, the rice crackers are first dried to remove any excess moisture. It is crucial to let the rice crackers dry for at least 24 hours for optimal texture and taste. Finally, the dried rice crackers are collected and stored for further packaging and distribution.

Second working process:

The rice crackers, which have been stored for 24 hours, undergo a second drying process. After that, they are arranged in lines and roasted to perfection. The next step involves spraying them with oil, followed by seasoning. Once seasoned, they undergo a third drying process. Finally, the rice crackers are cooled and packed, ready to be enjoyed.
